Cheers to You – A Cozy Cottage-Inspired Card with Scrapbook.com

Thursday, November 6, 2025

For today’s card, I’m creating with the beautiful Cottage A2 pattern paper pack from Scrapbook.com. I started by choosing a few coordinating patterns that gave off a warm, cozy vibe. I die cut the shadow piece of the “Cheers to You” die from the center of one of the brown floral papers, then adhered that leftover piece to my A2 card base—no paper waste here! Next, I cut the third largest Nested Stitched Rectangle from the sunflower pattern and popped it up with 1mm foam adhesive to the center of the card to add some dimension and hide the die-cut opening underneath.

For my focal elements, I die cut “Cheers to You” and the flower centers from a dark blue pattern, then used other papers from the pad for the flowers and leaves. I glued down the leaves and flower centers with liquid adhesive, and popped up the flowers and sentiment with foam adhesive for a little lift. To finish, I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the sentiment and flower centers, then added a few drops of Mint Gloss Pops of Color around the design for that perfect pop of shine.
