Summer Popsicle Congrats Card with Scrapbook.com

For this card I started with a striped sheet from the Sugar Rush A2 Patterned Cardstock Pad and transferred the squiggly teal blue frame from the Sugar Rush Rub On Transfers right onto that sheet, then used a corner rounder on all four corners of both the patterned sheet and a side folding card base before gluing them together. I transferred all four of the popsicle rub ons with the little bites taken out of them onto white cardstock and fussy cut each one out, then die cut the "Congrats" sentiment from the Grad Decorative Die Set twice, once in white cardstock and once in pink cardstock from the same Sugar Rush paper pad, gluing the white layer on top of the pink and offsetting it slightly to the bottom right for a fun drop shadow effect.

To finish the card I added foam adhesive to the back of each popsicle and arranged them inside the squiggly frame, leaving enough room below the popsicle sticks for the Congrats sentiment to tuck in underneath, then adhered the sentiment in place once I was happy with the layout. I finished everything off by transferring a mix of star rub ons from the Sugar Rush set all around the popsicles and sentiment to fill in the space and add a little extra fun to the design, and that was it for this sweet and simple summer congratulations card!
