Thankful Autumn Fox Card with Scrapbook.com

Lots of die cut fun on today's cozy Autumn themed card! Let's just jump right into how today's card was made; it's a pretty simple card as far as the different parts as I didn't do any ink blending! I just relied on the pretty paper and details within the dies to make the card. I started with cutting a piece of Cozy patterned paper to be the background of my car and glued it to my A2 card base.

Next I used the Geo Squares A2 Plate out of green Harvest cardstock and used my glue with a fine point tip to adhere it to the background. Next I die cut all the rest of my pieces from the Cozy and Harvest! The sunflowers have yellow and browns from Harvest and yellow plaid pattern from Cozy; the sentiment has brown from Harvest and a pattern from Cozy; finally the fox has brown and pink from Harvest and the fur pieces were all from Cozy.

I assembled all the pieces together using my tweezers and fine tip glue. I layered the three flowers towards the bottom of the card base with liquid adhesive. Then I popped up my "Thankful" sentiment on top of the flowers with foam adhesive and my fox was also popped up with foam adhesive above the sentiment so it looks like my fox is sitting on the word.

For final touches, I added a few Pops of Color in a dark blue to try and tie in with that blue flower peeking out underneath the A in my sentiment. I thought about using a lighter blue, but I thought the contrast of the dark blue would compliment the card really well. I hope you enjoyed this die cut inspiration and you're getting in the "cozy" mood like me! Even though it's still too hot!
