Hi friends, it’s Lauren! I’m back with another Fandom Friday project, and this week I’m sharing a really fun mini slimline box card made with Popsiclesticks products. I’ve had a pile of pre-colored and fussy-cut images from the Happy Day and Park Hoppers stamp sets sitting on my desk since Paperganza, and I thought this was the perfect opportunity to finally put them to use. A viewer recently mentioned they missed my box cards, and honestly—same! So this week I dusted off my Popsiclesticks Mini Slimline Box Card Die Set and got to work.

For the structure of the box, I used some neutral gray cardstock and then layered in pastel patterned papers from an older stash pad to balance against the bright and bold images. I love how the softer background lets the colorful characters and theme park details shine without feeling too busy. I also used the Popsiclesticks Border Dies to add some wavy patterned pieces inside the box, creating little “steps” where all the stamped images could pop up. Once everything was assembled, the scene started to come together like a little diorama of a day at the park.

I added my entrance sign, pennant flags, snacks, balloons, and of course the adorable park hoppers to really fill the box card. A few highlights with a white gel pen and some scattered confetti elements made the whole scene feel even more magical. For the front strip, I stamped the sentiment “My happy place is with you” on a white banner and tucked in some sweet little ears and heart hands to frame it. I adore how playful this card feels, and I can’t decide which detail is my favorite—the pineapple whip, the backpack, or maybe the balloons! Check out the video below to see exactly how I built this box card step by step.
