Pumpkin Spice Latte Fall Card with Cardstock Warehouse

Tuesday, September 9, 2025

Fall is almost here and I couldn’t resist making a cozy card inspired by the season’s most beloved drink – the pumpkin spice latte! I started by die cutting all of the pieces using Racing Green cardstock for the mug, Rust cardstock for the pumpkin, and Madero Beach cardstock for the whipped cream and a couple of fall leaves. For the background, I cut a panel of Madero Beach cardstock with a leaf cover die and layered it over Rust ard stock. Using the coordinating stencil, I ink blended Aged Mahogany, Candied Apple, Wild Honey, and Fossilized Amber Distress Inks onto the leaves. I even curled up some of the die cut leaves for added texture and brushed on Pine Needles Distress Ink to color two additional leaves.

Once the panel was dry, I splattered it with Starry Colors gold watercolor for extra shine and attached it to my A2 card base. I assembled the latte mug and stamped my sentiment in brown ink on Madero Beach cardstock before cutting it out with the coordinating die. Both the latte and sentiment were popped up on the card front for dimension. To finish everything off, I added a few drops of Copper Glitter Pops of Color. This project was so fun to create and really makes me feel ready for crisp fall mornings!
