Have you had a chance to check out the new products from Pretty Pink Posh? I made a card with some warmer tones using the new Spring Birdhouses Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies and I just love how it turned out. I'll explain how I assembled this card in my post today, but make sure you read the whole post to learn more about the Instagram Hop I am a part of today!
To make this card, I started with stamping all of my images from the Spring Birdhouses Stamp Set in an alcohol marker friendly brown ink. I colored my images in with Ohuhu Art Markers and used their coordinating dies to cut them out. I used warmer tones of brown, yellow, green, pink and violet when coloring as I stamped with a brown ink.

I was also able to die cut my sentiment out by using the same die as the bird house stands as "Missing You" fit perfectly inside! I'm not sure if that was planned, but I'm happy it worked out. My sentiment is stamped in Pinecone VersaFine Clair ink onto some green cardstock from the Your Paper Insider Box 2. I also used some sparkly pink and textured pale yellow cardstock to create my background from the same Box.
To assemble the card, I used foam adhesive to add the birdhouses at different heights as well as layering the branches and cute tire swing above the birdhouses on the pale yellow cardstock. I added the three birdhouse stands with wet glue, slid them just under the birdhouses and trimmed off the excess (as well as the branches) that hung off the edge of the pale yellow cardstock. I added this background to the sparkly pink cardstock and then onto my A2 card base. The final touches were adding the sentiment with foam adhesive under the center birdhouse and a few Purple Shimmer Confetti sequins!
