Stranded Wizard Bus Mini Slimline Card with PopsicleSticks

I had such a hard time deciding on what scene to make first with my new magical fandom sets from PopsicleSticks... But I finally decided on the Knight Bus and I just love how this mini slimline scene turned out! I started with stamping out all of the images - most of them were from Magic Transport, the building is from London Shops and the owl from More London Shops.

Using my Ohuhu Art Markers, I colored in all of the images and then used their coordinating dies to cut them all out. Next I worked on my background panel and used the Lawn Fawn Starry Sky Hot Foil Plate with Speckled Aura Hot Foil. I added Distress Oxides in Chipped Sapphire, Villainous Potion and Black Soot to make my night sky. I also splattered on some water and white ink to activate the Oxides.

I grabbed a couple papers from the Your Paper Insider Box 2 as well as my background and cut them down with the Mini Slimline Scalloped Frame and Mini Slimline Stitched Layers Dies. I cut my card base to 7x6.5" and folded it in half to make the mini slimline card size of 3.5x6.5" - the largest of the layered dies size. I glued the silver paper to my card base, then the scalloped purple paper and finally my night sky background.

Using a mix of liquid adhesive and foam squares, I added all of my images around the card. I used my white gel pen highlights to the images and a little bit of a black glaze to the cauldron on my building. Finally, just a little bit of Snowflake Glitter Pops of Color on my stars and clouds to give it just a little bit more shine. I just love how this card turned out and I can't wait to make another scene!
