You're So Sweet Scalloped Flower Card with Scrapbook.com

Have you been enjoying SBC Fest? I had a busy work day today, so I'll be watching Day 1 after Day 2 tomorrow. But, I did want to share a project I made using the SBC Fest FREEBIE! I started with adding Distress Oxides with ink squishing and blending on a piece of white mixed media cardstock as well as some mica spray splatter, then used the flower die to cut out a bunch of flowers.

Then I used the scalloped flower with vellum and glued the center of flowers together. I die cut a piece of pink cardstock with the second largest Nested A2 Arch and randomly glued the flowers to the arch die cut piece. When the glue had dried, I cut off the flowers that went past the pink cardstock.

I also die cut the sentiment out of the inky cardstock and pink cardstock and popped it up on the background with foam adhesive. I then added some flower centers from a light pink peach color. Using Pops of Color, I added a few pops in the centers of the flowers. I die cut the largest arch out of white cardstock and adhered it behind the flower panel.

Finally, I created my card base using the largest arch die, making sure not to die cut too high of my top folding card base so there was still a fold in the card base. I hope this shaped card brings a smile to your face and let me know which class(es) you learned the most from during this SBC Fest!
