I had so much fun creating this shaped card using exclusive products from Scrapbook.com! I started by stenciling the Pinwheels stencil on a 6x8 piece of cream cardstock from the Spice Smooth Cardstock Pad, blending Distress Inks in Fossilized Amber, Bundled Sage, and Ripe Persimmon. Before stenciling, I masked off a strip with Mint Tape to leave a clean space across the background, then splattered Sunshine Yellow Glitter Brush over the panel for some extra sparkle. Once the ink was dry, I die cut the panel with the second largest Nested Wavy Rectangles and cut a background panel from dark green cardstock in the same pad with the largest rectangle. I even used that die to create a shaped card base by shifting it slightly at the fold line so it didn’t cut all the way through.

Next, I die cut flowers and leaves from the Flower Trio Decorative Die Set using colors from the A2 Spice Cardstock Pad. I layered orange centers onto yellow flowers and cut the leaves from light green. For the sentiment, I used the Modern Alpha Gold Metallic Rub-Ons to spell out “HI” along the masked strip. After adhering the stenciled panel to the dark green background, I added the flowers and leaves with both liquid and foam adhesive for dimension. To finish the card, I added Champagne Glitter Pops of Color to the flower centers and scattered a few around the front of the card for extra shine.
