I am so excited to share my card for the latest Craft Remix over on Scrapbook.com, where three crafters use similar supplies and create something completely unique. For this card, I used exclusive Scrapbook.com products including the Stitched Triangles Patchwork Die Set, the Bold Basic Alphabet Dies, and the Teardrop Floral Stencil. I started by stenciling directly onto patterned paper from the Cottage A2 Paper Pad using Charcoal hybrid ink to create a soft tone on tone background. From there, I die cut several triangle shapes from different patterned papers in the same collection and arranged them until I found a layout that let the background peek through while still feeling balanced and graphic.

To finish the card, I die cut the word "love" using the Bold Basic Alphabet Dies and layered two colors together for a subtle shadow effect. I stamped and die cut a small sentiment from the Blooming Sentiments set and fussy cut a floral image from the Cottage paper pad to tie everything together. I popped up the letters, sentiment, and floral with foam adhesive and added Rose Gold Pops of Color to the background for a bit of shine. Once everything was adhered, I attached the card front to a top folding A2 card base. This project was such a fun way to remix these supplies, and I loved seeing how a few shared products can spark so many different creative directions.
