Not sure if you remember, but I made some quick and easy cards earlier this month with leftover backgrounds I had made with my Spellbinders September BetterPress Plate of the Month (it's here if you don't recall). Well, I'm doing it again but this time with the September Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month! I just love the beautiful flowers in this set and I decided to just play around with the plates on some white cardstock as well as some leftover Distress Paint Gel Prints.

I started with white cardstock, but then dug through my folders of extra backgrounds and picked some purple, blue/green and yellow backgrounds that foiled so well! I kept the colorful prints with a white cardstock background and the white impression with a fun, floral background. I added all of them to a blush cardstock to match the Blush Glimmer Foil. Now, these are SUPER SIMPLE, but I wanted quick cards that are going to be perfect if you need a thank you card or maybe for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.

I'll definitely be making more of these with more backgrounds and I hope it inspires you to grab those left over backgrounds you've been hoarding and just run them through your Glimmer Hot Foil System!
