For this week's Fandom Friday I am featuring the Wonderfully Forever Weird stamp set and coordinating dies from Stamp Anniething, and if you know this fandom you already know that the topiary stencil that comes with this collection was a must use for the background! I created a stenciled hedge and tree scene on white cardstock using Later Gator and Ivy League Stellar Inks, then added a blended sky background going from High Tide at the bottom through Clear Skies and up to Midnight Snack at the top for a beautiful ombre effect, finishing with opal pigment watercolor splatter for a subtle shine. I die cut the scene with a rectangle die from the Emergency Card Essentials Die Set #2, grounded everything with a Kelly Green grass border die cut from the Popsiclesticks border die set shaded with Ivy League and Later Gator inks, then stamped and colored the focal character with Ohuhu Honolulu markers, with a members only coloring video if you want to see that process in detail!

To assemble the card I used a horizontal A2 card base, layered a black cardstock panel cut with the larger rectangle die to the center, then added the stenciled scene on top before adding the grass, popping up the adorable little topiary, and the character with 1mm foam adhesive for lots of dimension. I white heat embossed the "You're Cut Above the Rest" sentiment from the stamp set onto pitch black cardstock using Brutus Monroe clear embossing ink and Ranger Super Fine Detail white embossing powder, then cut it out with the coordinating die and placed it in the upper left corner to balance out the taller character on the right side of the card. On the inside I stamped "In a World of Ordinary, Be Extraordinary" in Nocturne VersaFine Clair ink using my A2 Card Maker T Square to get it perfectly centered, and I think that sentiment is just the most perfect finish for this card!
