Is it obvious that I'm totally on an under water theme with my crafting right now?
We went to the Aquarium of the Pacific this weekend and I was totally inspired to color in these sweet Heffy Doodle Oceans of Love images to match some of the critters we saw at the aquarium. The wavy die cuts are from the Whimsy Stamps Slimline Waves Die and I used the "inside" pieces rather than the frame to create this water background as I distressed the background before die cutting. You can use the frame for another card, but also use it so you can puzzle piece each of those background pieces onto the card.
I think ocean scenes are probably my favorite to make. Do you have a favorite scene to build on a card?
