I'm really loving this card.
It's the colors - this combo of blues to green just make me happy! I tied in these fun, vibrant colors in how I distressed my background and colored my mermaid. I left her hair and my starfish as pops of yellow/orange to stand out more on the card.
To make my extra bubbles, I just masked the starfish and colored them kinda rainbow-y with blue in the middle since they are underwater and will need to reflect our blue ocean.
