I created this card using the Pocket Magic stamp set from Day 4 of the Kindred Stamps Magical Advent Calendar, and I had so much fun bringing this tiny scene to life. I started by stamping all the images in blackout ink that is friendly for alcohol markers. I colored everything with my OLO markers and then re stamped the images in nocturne Versafine Clair ink to give them a deeper outline before fussy cutting them out. For the background, I die cut a panel of pitch black card stock with the rectangle die from the Card Basics die set and stenciled the confetti stencil over it using villainous potion distress oxide. I sprayed the panel with iridescent glitter dust and set it aside to dry.

While that dried, I stamped the sentiment "have a whomping good birthday" in nocturne ink onto lavender card stock, fussy cut around it, and added a little Villainous Potion. Once my background panel was ready, I glued it to an A2 card base and started assembling the scene. I popped up the star shaped pocket toy using 1mm foam adhesive. I also stamped, colored, and fussy cut the three little characters inspired by our three main character wizards and added them to the card with more foam adhesive. To finish the front, I added some opaque white confetti from Day 2 of the advent around the card. For the inside, I stamped the sentiment "conjuring up some fun sized magic just for you" to complete the card.
