Today we're celebrating some crafty friends birthdays! I am a part of a video hop over on YouTube to celebrate the November Birthdays of two of my crafty friends, Debbie with Debbie J’s Crafting Corner and Neha with Crescent Creations. They have teamed up to put together today's hop showcasing lots of Birthday Theme Projects to inspire you to create some of your own to share with YOUR friends and family.

Christmas Holiday Cards with Scrapbook.com!
Friday, November 12, 2021
Ready for a photo dump?
I've been making dome cards using products from Scrapbook.com - including a lot of exclusive products. The card on top is made using all Scrapbook.com products and I'm going to have a video soon up on their YouTube channel so keep your eye out for details on how I created that card!
EDIT: Scrapbook.com shared my video! I put it down below. 😊
These two cards were super quick to put together since there is no stamping! I'm using paper with beautiful patterns and ephemera packs to decorate. There is some die cutting to add details (above) and the sentiment (below), but I just LOVE how they turned out. I tend to stamp and color in images, but it was really nice to stretch myself by using paper images and die cuts instead.
I will update this blog post once I know when my video is going to be posted for the first card, but you can go check them out on my Scrapbook.com Gallery to see all of the supplies I used to create them - all of the supplies are available from their shop!
Which card is your favorite?
Woodland Silhouettes Christmas Card with Whimsy Stamps
Tuesday, November 9, 2021
It's a new Whimsy Stamps release day! There are more Christmas products released today and I used the new Woodland Silhouettes Clear Stamps and Stained Glass Window Die Set. They look so great with the Christmas Eve 6x6 Paper Pack released earlier this month.
I hope you'll watch the video down below to see the new products and let me know in the comments what your new favorite product released today.
Thankful Giraffe Stop-Motion Card with Whimsy Stamps
I finally made another Reels!
I just love how this sweet, thank you card turned out with this cutie giraffe and the fun background I stenciled. All of the colored cardstock is from a Scrapbook.com smooth cardstock pack - makes it easy to stencil on brown ink for the giraffe background and easy to cut out my sky and grass for the center focal image.
Hope you enjoy the stop-motion video below - it's a simple card that is easy to make but I like making these stop-motion videos to just share how the card comes together.
Crafting with Abi - Lawn Fawn Big Sentiment Cards
Monday, November 8, 2021
Abigail and I have been making cards every weekend for each Craft Roulette episode! We also try to tie in other challenges if we can and this week we created a card with big sentiments for the Lawn Fawn Lawnfanatics Challenge. I was able to combine both this week, but Abigail ended up making a Pokemon themed card for Craft Roulette and we posted it over on her Instagram page.
I loved the diagonal cut background and alternating the paper to create a card that looks a lot busier than the work it took to make it. Plus, it was nice to pick rainbow paper so I could use lots of colors to create my card - the parameters were actually quite nice this week! The card had to have a diagonal cut, colors inspired by patterned paper, have an element for kids and have a folded corner.
Abigail and I also made sure these two cards made the sentiment the star of the cards! I had the big "Happy Birthday" sentiment and Abigail made her own sentiment using alphabet dies to create "HO HO HO". Abigail did a great job coloring and I love how she created a peppermint candy cane background with the touch of green!
We had a good time crafting this weekend and it's been fun to think of ideas from challenges!
Coloring Pandas & Pumpkins with Pumpkin Spice Pandas from Whimsy Stamps
Friday, November 5, 2021
I'm trying something new this month. I've been trying to create some coloring guides for myself so today's video is a little different. I'm sharing how I colored the Pumpkin Spice Pandas stamp set from Whimsy Stamps, but they're my go to colors for all Pandas and Pumpkins.
You can click each photo down below to see them larger to save or write down the Spectrum Noir colors I use. My go to brand of alcohol markers are Spectrum Noir Illustrator Markers.
Check out today's video down below where I share my coloring - no card tutorial today, but they're very simple cards and I still have my supply list down below.
You can also head down in this post to my Instagram so you can save the guides for future use, too. Make sure to leave a comment on this post with what colors and/or stamps you'd like me to color next! I will be recording these monthly so pick something for December for me!
Snowy Christmas Rooftop with Whimsy Stamps
Wednesday, November 3, 2021
When I saw these two new dies from the latest Whimsy Stamps release, I had a picture of this card in my mind! I thought the little flourished at the bottom of the die looked like it could come out of the chimney and look like smoke from a fireplace. I wanted to see if I could make it happen and I really love how it turned out!
I made a tutorial and you can find it on Instagram or down below; I'm hoping to share a "Swipetorial" (a tutorial in pictures that you swipe through on Instagram) every month. They will be simple designs you can easily make yourself and you can hit the save icon to go back to it any time!
